How it works
Today in Prayagraj
English-speaking purohits explain each step of the puja as they go, which matters in mixed-language households, for families visiting from abroad, and at children’s samskaras where everyone wants to follow along. The vidhi itself follows the family’s own tradition; say which in the request.

Tell us the puja in the form above, your area in Prayagraj, and that you want it conducted in English. Purohits in Prayagraj who conduct pujas in English see the request and contact you on call or WhatsApp; you agree the details and dakshina with them directly.
In English the word is usually purohit or pandit. Search or ask with whichever word you use - the request reaches the same purohits.
Griha Pravesh, Namakarana, Satyanarayan Puja and Upanayanam are the common requests. Any other puja is fine - describe it in the form and it reaches them all the same.
