Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go

If you'd like to delete your Purohit account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the Purohit app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Via Email

Send an email to support@purohit.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your booking history
• Your saved kundali and preferences
• Your notification settings

This action is irreversible. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law, including:

• Transaction records for legal and accounting purposes
• Data required to resolve disputes or enforce our terms
