Refunds and cancellations

Cards on purohit.app are made on your own phone or computer from the details you type, and you see the finished card before you pay. You pay once for each card. There is no subscription, and nothing is ever taken from your account later.

When we refund the full amount

• You paid, but the card did not unlock or the files did not download.
• You were charged twice for the same card.
• The file you got is different from the card you saw before paying.

How to ask

Within 7 days of paying, message us on WhatsApp at +91 63640 00460 or email buildstacklabs3@gmail.com. Send the payment reference shown on your screen after paying (it starts with "pc"), or the UPI reference from your payment app. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the same UPI account, card or bank account you paid from, within 5-7 working days.

When we do not refund

If the card was delivered correctly, we cannot refund it because you changed your mind: the preview showed exactly what you were buying. You can still change the card and download it again at no extra cost, on the same phone and browser.

If a payment failed but money left your account

Your bank returns it by itself, usually within 5 days (a Reserve Bank of India rule). If it has not come back after 5 days, message us with the reference and we will check it with our payment company.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel: each card is a single payment. If you have not paid, simply leave the page.
